Hello! My name is Matthew Sewell. I am a PPA Certified Professional Photographer based in Little Rock, Arkansas. I offer headshots, portraits, event and production photography. Of course, if you have a vision, I am always down to help bring it to life!

I am a former Emmy-award winning journalist with over 10 years of experience. It gives me a unique perspective on what moments that matter. It helps me capture your story and help create memories that will last a lifetime.
I am also an accomplished actor. As an actor, I know the importance of a headshot, whether it's for your business, or if you just need a fresh one before your next audition.

What You Can Expect from a Certified Professional Photographer
Deciding to get a professional photograph can be intimidating for someone who’s never worked with a professional photographer before. You can know that I am aware that anytime a professional photographer is hired, it is an intentional investment. Whether it be headshot photography, family portraits, event photography, or production photography – all of these things have one common thread.
You are trusting me with capturing something you treasure. I treat every individual client as exactly that – an individual, meaning I approach every session with focus and understanding of why you chose to hire a professional photographer.
One key factor that makes me stand out from the crowd of photographers, is I have been certified through the Professional Photographers Association (PPA). This certification assures you of my professionalism while signifying I have the knowledge and experience to meet your unique expectations.
When you hire me, you know you’re getting someone who is willing to go the extra mile to deliver the best possible images.
Part of making sure I am delivering on what you want is open communication and candidness. As we begin our session, don’t hesitate to let me know the session is lining up with your expectations. More importantly, before our professional photography session, you can always ask about the process in more detail if need be.
Having said that, once you order professional photos from me, the process looks like such:
- Send in your contact form and be sure to select whether this upcoming session is for headshot photography, event photography, production photography, or a family portrait.
- In the message, include any special information regarding the upcoming session. I always take note of this information and I use it to guide our actual time together when it comes to our photography session.
- We’ll select a date and from there, I'll collect your deposit so we can save the date for the upcoming event.
- Once the day comes, we’ll have our session, and following it, I will begin working on light edits on the photos. You’ll also pay the remaining amount from the session.
- I'll send you a preview gallery to make your final selections.
- After a short process, I will give you an online link to receive your photos. All done!
